Just Back from POFQ

We got back late Sunday night from 8days at the most wonderful place in the world. I just have a few thoughts on POFQ.

1. The rooms are beautiful. They did a very nice job when they redid everything. The curtain between the sink area and the bedroom was very nice. The beds are very comfortable!.

2. The bus service was excellent. We never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes. It was also nice to be able to ride the boat to and from DTD.

3. We found the maid service to be alittle off. They were excellent about getting whatever we needed; however, our maid did not know how to make up a bed (she just pulled up the spread and she never cleaned the tub). We did leave a tip everyday.

4. While the food in the food court was very good, they did need more help. I felt sorry for the people who worked there. they were doing all they could, but more help was needed. My husband said he liked the food court at the ASMU better because it has more choices.

5. Everyone at the POFQ was so nice. All the CMs that we came in contact with were wonderful. They helped to make the trip magical.

We had the same problem with housekeeping when we were there in April. There were 2 days that our rooms never got made up at all! My mother found a stain on the inside of her bedspread the first night and it took 3 calls and 5 hours to get a new one. Other than those small problems, the resort was great! We would definitley stay there again.
