Just back from POFQ-Any ?'s

We just gor home from 2 nights at POFQ. We were given a King room in building 5, room 5021. It was very convenient to the food court and buses. However, we brought our own car and prefer to travel in our own vehicle. So, I don't have any info on the length of the bus trips. Mousekeeping was super and we got those great towel animals that everyone keeps talking about. They were really cute. Also, FYI, the refrigerators were not in all of the rooms yet. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

We are leaving for POFQ on thursday. Should I call and request fridges in our rooms? We are so excited as this is our thrid attempt to go due to Frances and Ivan. How was the weather? Is it the slightest bit chilly at night? We are from south FL so we really feel it. How was the food court? Towels at the pool? Pool bar? I can't wait! Ho were the crowds at the parks? We are planning on Mk at opening on Fri. Should we be okay?

Did you have a fridge in your room? I called the front desk last week and they seemed to be clueless on them. I am going October 23 to the 30th and I'd like to know.

DH and I are headed to POFQ on 9/25 for 7 days. What are the crowds like? What is the weather like?

We also just returned for POFQ yesterday. The weather was beautiful. Hot and humid. Only a quick rain shower on Friday. Evenings are very warm. We did not have a fridge in our room, but didn't need one. There were plenty of towels at the pool, the pool bar was good, not busy...anywhere at WDW. We did 3 parks on Friday (this trip was just DH and I so didn't do alot of the little kid things) We started out at MK and at 10:30-11:00 as we were passing thru fantasy land, I was in awe. We usually go around spring break time, so when we were walking thru FL and saw Dumbo getting ready for take off and the ride was not full All of the rides we did were walk ons. The only line I saw was for the indy cars. I took a picture of FL for our DS to see how deserted it was. It was almost eerie. As far as crowds for this week... our towncar driver did tell us that they were extremely busy on Saturday and thought the crowds would be picking up.

Thanks for the updates. We'll be there on Thursday as well and I can't wait. Also, for those fellow DISers that'll be there with us, I just called POFQ front desk this morning and they were very accommodating about giving me a fridge.
