We're just back from our first stay in a BCV studio, and I figured I'd post some impressions since I'd been reading increasingly mixed (not unanimously positive) feedback about the resort recently.

We had no requests, and were assigned a great studio on the 5th floor facing the BCV pool, a canal and trees, with parking beyond (screened well by the trees). The balcony was HUGE and triangular shaped (we were in one of the turrets); not sure how this compares to other BCV studios, but it was appreciated.

The room was well-cleaned and in good condition overall, though with a couple of bathroom quirks that need repair: the bathtub faucet had come away from the wall, as had part of the towel rack (does anyone have a good DVC email address to pass these along to? Not a big deal; just want to make maintenance aware).

We loved the quick access to both the gift shop/ counter service and the instant access to EPCOT. Overall though I think we prefer resorts like AKV, WL, and the Contemporary, with large lobbies/atriums and the atmosphere that results. Overall though we had a terrific time, and would not hesitate to recommend BCV highly.

Thanks for your review! I will be staying in a 2 bedroom at BCV for the first time. I am looking forward to my trip!

The best way to get maintenance issues fixed is to push the maintenance button on your phone while you are there and tell them about the problem.

Otherwise you could send a e-mail to member services. That e-mail address is on the member website at Contact Us.
