Hi all,
We just got back from a 6 day trip to OKW and I wanted to let everyone know that our 2br villa was in pretty good shape. I've been reading how run down some people said they were, and I've gotta tell you...I didn't see it that way. The only problem we had was the whirlpool tub wasn't working properly. I called maintenence and they were there within 30 minutes and had that thing up and running. Pretty impressive in my opinion. I think I'm going to write member satisfasction and let them know what a good job they did.

I also want to point out that I absolutely love the mattresses!!!! My family had no issues sleeping.

We've been members since 97 and have only stayed at OKW and I don't think we'll stay anywhere else for fear of being dissappointed.

Anyways, the weather was chilly--high50's to low 60's--but it was better than the teens and a foot of snow up here. The parks weren't crowded at all--less than 10 minute wait times. The Magic Kingdom was pretty crowded on Superbowl Sunday which I thought it would be dead due to the game, but wait times were still less than 30 min. All in all it was a great trip. Love to be able to do the parks with little to no wait times.

Sounds great. Hope they have new mattresses at BCV last time was like sleeping on a pile of bricks.

What kind of mattress was it? Was it very firm? Or more normal?

In the king, qurs was like lying on a bed of steel....it was that hard we both had trouble sleeping. The sofa bed was more comfortable. The beds in the 2 second bedroom were fine.

We've been staying there 12 years now, and I never had a mattress like I had in the room 4112.

It was a firm mattress. I sleep well on firm mattresses though. The pull out sofa was not comfortable according to my daughter. She said she felt the rails. Apparently this sofa is one of the older models.

We were in bldg 14 unit 1429 and got home this past Sunday. We were in a 2br. and loved our villa. IT was in great shape. The bed was hard the first night and then we were fine with it. My kids didn't complain about the other beds either. We had a greaet trip. Glad you did too.
