Quick recap: me, DH, DS (one) my parents, grandmother (81 years young!) and my best friend.

Today we had a relxing breakfast at Roaring Fork. I don't remember what we had, but it was probably bagels, yogurt, fruit and cereal.
We had a snack of Dole Whip at the MK during a brief, but heavy downpour!
Lunch was at Pecos Bills (after Dole Whip - who says you can't have dessert first?). I had a hot dog, so did my grandmom. We could have shared one - those hot dogs are huge! My mom and DH had burgers, my best friend got an order of fries and my dad had a turkey leg. He loves those. This was a nice lunch!
Tonight was our Fantasmic dinner package at The Hollywood Brown Derby. I thought it was well worth the $$$ because the food was great, our server was great and we didn't have to wait in line forever for Fantasmic. That being said, on to the food. With the package everyone gets an app., entree and dessert.
I had lobster bisque, salmon and grapefruit cake.
DH had crab cake, filet, flourless chocolate cake.
My mom had crab cake, salmon and hazlenut creme brulee.
My dad had gazpacho, salmon and grapefruit cake.
My grandmom had lobster bisque, salmon and bananas foster marcapone cheesecake.
My best friend had cobb salad, veal chop and raspberry white chocolate mousse.
All meals, apps. and desserts were great. I loved the hazelnut creme brulee and was a little disappointed with the grapefruit cake. But we all really enjoyed this meal!!!
I'll post more later.......the baby is crying!!!!!!!!
