We were at WDW Easter Sunday thru 4/10 and did it with no ADRs. We ate CS for each meal which for me was great. I didn t have to worry about planning around meal times and we enjoyed our CS meals any time we felt the urge to eat.At first I was concerned about variety but we enjoyed burgers, hot dogs, roasted chicken, ribs and other great foods.

We've gone with only 1 ADR. I raelly like the freedom of not being tied to having to be in a particular location at a specific time too. On the other hand, we really enojoy those sit down meals. My DD's and I leave Friday for our annual mother/daughters trip. We have ADR's every night on the DDP. It's always a tough call. I think next spring, we'll do the No ADR's thing again.
I'm glad to hear someone else say they see the benefits of no ADR's.

I also just got back from an Easter trip. I did have two ADRs made and two nights without. One night, I just decided to try to do a walkup and it seemed to work with no problem (at least at the restaurant I chose).

I do enjoy my table service, though, so I doubt I would do a whole trip without them as I probably couldn't do counter service for a week (sensitive tummy you know??) but Disney does have some great counter service options.
