We drove down to Orlando from NJ and thought we'd have to stop overnight. Well, it was 6 pm, 15 hours of driving, and we were almost there, so I called central reservations to add a night to our package. The guy that I spoke with was very polite, and let me add that night with the free dining, standard wing room. So we get there around 7:30 and my husband goes to check in. Well, it looks like the guy that added the room for that night cancelled our entire package. So, it took them almost 2 hours to get things straight (Dana at the CR check-in desk was wonderful!!!) So they gave us dinner at the Food and Fun Center on them, and put us in the tower, 12th floor, MK view!!!!! What a week we had! My 3 DD's were in heaven, being able to fall asleep looking at the castle. We were never expecting this, and it was a wonderful surprise. It was the perfect room, and we had a great week! I love the CR and will be staying there again! Our mousekeeper rearranged my DD's stuffed animals different every day, and the room was clean and comfortable. And convenient!!!! CR is the best!
