We had a wonderful stay at CBR. We stayed in a room in Aruba (building 51 - smoking). We paid for a standard room view and received a corner room with a view of the lake and the courtyard. This is a beautiful resort and we thought it was comparible to POR. We ate at the food court almost every morning and there was plenty of food to split between 2 adults. We also at their for supper on 2 of the nights. We did not eat at Shutters, we thought that for the prices they charge we would rather eat in one of the countries at Epcot. We definitely would stay there again.

:) :)

HI glad you had fun!!! my mom and i are staying there in MAY!! how was the bus service?? how about the main pool? was it always difficult to find a chair? any tips??? we requested martinique 25..but you know how that goes...... :p

Hi! I'm glad you had a good time at CBR! We're staying there in March, and I was wondering what kind of stuff there is to do around the resort as we have a couple of non-park days. Also, are there any vegetarian selections at the food court? Thanks!:D

Chrissy: The bus service was fine and we didn't wait any longer than 5-10 minutes for a bus. The internal buses are also still running. The main pool wasn't busy at all last week as the weather was rather cool so I really can't answer the chair question. My biggest tip would be not to over order at the food court. We had the fried chicken dinner one evening and there was plenty on it to feed two adults (4 pieces of chicken, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans). All for about $6.79.

Tigger: There are veggie wraps, fruit bowls, fresh fruit, and salads at the grab and go area. I don't remember specifically about the food court area but there were spaghetti selections, soups and sides that would fit the bill. It also says in the Tradewinds resort flyer for vegetarian options ask your host or hostess where you are dining. Things to do at the resort besides swim include renting surrey bikes, boat rentals (sail & motor powered). You could also take a nice stroll around the 1.4 mile walkway that surrounds Barefoot Bay. There is also an arcade for the kids.

It is nice to stroll around Parrot Cay. Many pathways and benchs to just sit and admire the view.

Usually it is not hard to get a chair around the pool. There are quite a few of them.
