Got to MCO (2/7) at 2:30 went to DME check in , they checked my papers 2 times at to diff. CMs and directed me to the BWV line . About 5 mins later the CM leads another family of 3 and us 2 to the DME bus ( only 5 of us in this line ,I guess just to fill a bus)
Another CM and the driver scans our book and we get on the bus which was about half loaded. Ten mins later the bus leaves for the resorts. About 10 mins into the ride the driver gave info on where we were going , neither myself nor my wife had any idea what he said. Who cares we will just get of at our stop BWV, no problem. So here we go 1st stop BC , then the driver mentioned SSR and something else. Time to ask a question, so I go up and ask when do we go to BWV, he says we don't, I said we do ,why were we put on a bus not going to our resort. ( don't forget we had 3 diff cm's and the driver check us in and still put us on the wrong bus). Anyway he took us right over to the BW and we were the only ones that got off.
No big deal people but You should check if your on the right bus going to your resort.
Got to bwv about 3:45 pm (MON 2/7) to check in , room not ready that's OK. I asked and was told I got my top fl room 5th fl. and it would be ready in a few minutes. They will call my cell to let me know. Surprise, 30 mins later and no call. I call and they said should be ready shortly. OK we go to the 5th fl and sit by the elavators. 15mins go by so I decide to walk the 5th fl. Guess what not a HK person in sight or there carts, so I go down to the 4th fl and no HK on that fl either. I called again and the CM put me on hold and 10 mins later tells me my room is ready. Great, now here's the kicker, I open the door (5th fl) and there's our luggage from the airport. The bags beat us to the room and we were waiting for the room. My guess is that our room was ready a hour ago but never released. Just had to laugh that our bags got there before us.
