Just back from Bonnet Creek

Just back from a 3nt stay at Bonnet Creek. Loved the pool area. Wilderness Lodge has always been my favorite resort, but I think I am a convert. Rooms are bigger, pool much better, shuttle was fine, location great, restaurants good. I only have three minor complaints: the $13 parking charge, very low water pressure in the shower, and they charge $5 for a float for the lazy river.

You were charged to park at Bonnet Creek? I have never been charged and I stayed there last month. How did you book your stay? Wait....was this the Wyndham Bonnet Creek or the Hilton Bonnet Creek?

I booked just a regular guest room directly through Hilton. I'm wondering why you didn't have to pay to park. Did you park in the attached garage? I didn't see any other parking options besides valet.

Maybe we're talking about two different places. I'm talking about the hotel next to the Waldorf. Are you maybe referring to the time share place?

I now realize you were staying at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and I was staying at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek. At the Wyndham, all those things are free.
