Just back from BLT - problems with the utility room door

We just got back from a split stay at BLT - 4 nights lake view, and 4 nights theme park view. Really enjoyed our stay, and no complains at all other than a little bit of inconvenience during our last night. I was going our last load of laundry, and after putting it in the dryer I closed the door to the utility room. This is the third time we have stayed at BLT, but the first time we have gotten a big utility room - where the washer and dryer was, and also where the pack n play and high chair was stored.

Anyways, when the dryer stopped, I went to get my laundry and I couldn't open the door to the utility room. It appeared that the washer/dryer unit had shifted during the drying process and it had moved away from the wall to right behind the door, preventing the door from opening. We tried pushing the washer/dryer unit but it wouldn't budged. We called maintenance (and this all happened at about 10pm at night!) who came and the guy had no clue what to do..he couldn't moved the washer/dryer unit either and the door wouldn't opened. He said they might have to cut down the door but he will go consult with the other maintenance guys and will be back. 15 mins later, he comes back with 3 other maintenance crew and between all of them, they eventually managed to move the washer/dryer unit back against the wall and told us to not close the door while doing laundry next time.

They have never seen this happen, and they are thinking they will have to either strap the washer/dryer unit to the wall, or to put something to prevent the unit from moving away from the wall and blocking the door.

Other than this little bit of problems, we had a great stay and love, love BLT (our home resort).
