First trip to BCV as an Add-On member there. I loved it. We had Room 238 overlooking the Dunes Cove Pool. It was chilly on Friday but gorgeous the rest of the weekend.

A few notes of interest:
1. The motion sensor heating and cooling system was awful. Our room was consistently cold which was awful on nights where the temps dipped to around 30 or less. We set the temps to the highest it goes (83) and the temp rarely got over 70 in the room.

2. The problem of lack of heat for the water in the showers. I don;t know how hot some of you like your showers but we had no problems with the water temps. The water in the shower was so hot and it was not turned all the way up.

3. As usual, I think each deluxe resort needs some sort of 24 hour cafeteria similar to Roaring Forks, Cpt, Cooks, etc...

Other than that we had a great time and loved the BCV...more than the BWV (my original and larger purchase).
Any questions, please ask...

Did you reserve at 11 months?
If not, how far in advance?
Any problems getting what you wanted?
Are there any significant differences between BWV rooms and BCV rooms?
If not, what was it you loved more than BWV?

Did you find any of the hidden Mickeys in the pictures on the walls?
Did you have any dealings with bell services? If so, there's a rather short man whose name I THINK is something like "Arnie". I was wondering if you encountered him? I remember him as so friendly-he really seemed to enjoy his work.
Was the hot tub in use very much?

I reserved my room in November for this past weekend. I wanted BCV 1 Bedroom and got it no problem.

Thr Rooms are pretty much the same between BWV and BCV although there is marble in BCV.

I have always loved the Y&BC because of the resort layout as opposed to BW where everything is on the BW. I like the proximity to Beaches and Cream, etc...

Found the hidden Mickey's on the walls and also on the bed cover.

We did have some dealing with Bell Services. My gf's luggage arrived one plane following hers (long story - didn;t think she was going to make her connection). Anyway, United Airlines dropped her luggage off at the BC at 2 AM on Thursday. Bell services called us and asked if we wanted it broufght upstairs. There were great in helping us out.

The weather was fantastic Sat. Sun and Mon and there were many people using the pools and the Spas.

Simba's Mom - We have dealt with Arniel (hope I've got the right spelling!) from Bell Services. He is wonderful. He is a mature gentleman, short in stature but with a big heart and a wonderful smile. We asked him about his accent - it sounded like a Dutch accent to me - I can't remember the whole story but ask him sometime. He speaks several languages. If you are ever fortunate enough to meet him, as with all Cast Members, take the time to chat a bit - he really is a gem. We will look for him specifically when we go back (only 151 more days.....).
