Hi. We had rooms 422 and 225 for an overnight trip (on the way to Port Canaveral).
One room was a handicapped room (225), the other a typical room. Both were in very good repair with no problems.
I checked in about noon, room 422 was ready at 3:30. Now, they call you instead of you calling them. I guess they were being bugged to death by folks, and there's only five of them.
New carpet in the halls looked great! There were new washer and driers in the mini laundromat, and the new sofa beds were pretty comfortable as well.
I had good meals at Beaches and Cream and the Brewery.
After all the reports I'd heard about declining quality, I was pretty happy with the overall upkeep of the Boarwalk and the BCV.
