Just back from Alaska... any ??'s

I don't have any questions right now but when I think of some I will post here.

We used a limo service from our hotel to the cruise dock. I'll have to get the name of the company from my mother in law. We were NOT pleased with them.

1)The driver smelled SO bad. Body oder that we could smell clear back in the limo while he was driving.
2) He knew exactly how many people there were as this was all planned advance. We had 18 people and luggage for all of us. He brought one limo and one suv. It was not enough room. He ended up having to call taxis to get the rest of the party and their luggage.
3) His other driver got lost
4) During our return home he could not get into the dock because his pass had expired. So all 18 of us and our luggage how to get through the cruise dock, the Pan Pacific and out on to the street to get to the limo. This was really rough on my father in law who is in bad health.
5) he couldn't find his way out of the pan pacific. He kept taking the group up and down elevators until my Brother in Law spoke up and said "where are you trying to go" and proceeded to tell him the correct floor.

I'm sure there was more, but ugh. I wouldn't recommend them.
