Just Back From AKL

Had a great time! Our first room which was supposed to be a pool view, had the worst view 2434. There was a tree, a column, and the balcony wall was solid, no balusters. At first they said, "that is a pool view", then I said not for my 2,4, & 6 year old, unless they stand on chairs, which could be a major hazard. They then agreed and moved us. Our next room 4456, was much better.

We booked a Savanah view room and when we got to our room it was the back of the Savanah with a big pile of dirt and a fence. I went to the front desk and asked if we could possibly get a room overlooking the inside Savanah. The CM was very nice and quickly booked another room that would be ready in a few hours. We went to the parks and came back to find the most spectacular view! We couldn't be happier. Don't be afraid to ask for room change if you are not happy.
