Hi All,

My husband and I just returned from our latest trip to the "World" last night. Instead of doing a traditional trip report over on the trip report boards I am going to post the appliciable information on each board. So here goes.

We did all four parks and we were able to ride all of our favs with little to no wait. We found the longest lines to be for Pooh and SnowWhite in Fansty Land and since we do not have children we did not have to suffer through these. We do ride these when the lines are short but we do not waste time or fastpasses when the rides were long. In the MK it was like having Adventureland, Frontierland and Liberty Square to ourselves and then we entered Fansteyland and knew were all of the people were.

We were able to ride PeterPan as a walk on and see Mickey's Philharmagic by just walking directly into the holding area.

Tomorrowland was the second most crowded area of the MK. We did experiance the new Stitch attraction. We thought it was funny and for the record there were many young children in the attraction with us and none of them had a screaming meltdown. There was a young child sitting next to me and he was laughing.

Epcot is great and we never felt like it was crowded at all during our stay. We were able to ride Test Track on two different days as direct walkons to the preshow. My husband rode Mission Space once as a direct walkon to the preshow. We also did Spaceship Earth and Figment as direct walkons.

We checked out the new Turtle Talk with Crush show at the Living Seas and thought that it was cool as the direct interaction that Crush has with the children is amazing.

At MGM we were also able to ride all of the major rides as walkons to the preshow. We were able to ride TofT back to back and could have kept riding if we wanted to.

At the AK was rode Dinosaur as a walk on to the preshow and my husband rode PrimEvial Whirl as a walk on. We did not do Kali on this trip as it was very cold on the day we went to the AK. We animals were very active on the two trail, Tiger and Gorilla. We caught the 10:30am Flights of Wonder show and it was great as usual. We used a fastpass for the Safari as the line was almost back to the entrance. I just do not understand why more people do not use fastpass for this ride. The ride was good we had an above average driver. We then walked the Discovery Island trails and Oasis trails. We just love doing this. While we were on the Discovery Trails we encountered many crying children coming out of It's Tough to be a Bug. If your kids do not like bugs please do not take them into this movie.

I think that covers the highlights but please feel free to ask any questions you may have. I will do my best to answer them.

I too had more than a several crying toddlers in TTBAB. I was speculating that since it was the last show of the day that children were too tired or overstimulated from being in AK all day. Sounds like a nice trip. Would you go again at this time of the year? I see you have been at WDW many times and seasons. What has been your favorite?

Hi,

This was our third trip during the winter value season and we love it. We are now able to travel to WDW two to three times a year and our perfered times are the Winter Value season after the MLK Jr. weekend. The late summer early fall value season after the Labor Day weekend. We did a long weekend over the Memorial Day weekend in 2004 and we are planing on attending Webmaster Penny's Project X this June.

We are also traveling in Nov from the Sat before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after Thanksgiving due to traveling with friends of ours that have school age children.

What is our fav? Well, if we only could go once a year we would pick September. The crowds are low but the temps are still warm enough to enjoy some quality pool time.

Thanks for the information. I have been there in mid september and loved it. Cut short because of 9/11 but the weather was great and crowds low.

You are welcome. We were at the AKL from Sept. 1st through the 10th in 2001. I was posting on this board and doing laundry from the vacation when my husband came home yelling if I had the TV on. I did not but it was on non-stop for the next few days. I cannot beleive that is is 3.5yrs ago as some of those images are as fresh in my mind today as when I first saw them. Sorry for digressing.

Well I am glad to hear you were home on 9/11. I know in some ways it seems longer but when you talk about the images suddenly it brings it all back.
