Well, just back from a disney scrapbooking class at the local store. It was pretty cool. Of course, now I have discovered eyelets. Must now get the eyelet tools and more eyelets. (not good) Had to buy the ghost eyelets while there. Where does one buy the "croppin' cards" Can you buy them individually someplace? Just wondering. Thanks, maggie

Do you have any good disney scrapping tips to share?? Would love to hear em!!

You sound like me! This is why I haven't even looked, touched or thought about eyelets! I would want them all! I love the look! But I have a way too addictive habit so no eyelets for me....repeat no eyelets for me! LOL!

LOL Spinning! Same here, no eyelets for me either!! :)
Glad you had a great time, Maggie!! Sounds like lots of fun! :)

Maggie: What's a croppin' card? That's a new one on me, but it sounds interesting! :)

Now Maggie, tell the truth. How much time did you spend scrapping and how much time did you spend shopping after hours in your private shopping spree???

And for those of you who don't use eyelets. Oh, go for it!!! They are lots of fun!

Cropping cards are layout ideas on 3x5 cards. They come with some kits, but then you have to use all their paper, etc. It would be great to get the cards without the kits. Has anyone seen these around?

I got a page done...... then I had to buy the ghost eyelets, then I started the second page....... had to buy another class kit.... it was entertaining. :D maggie

I've never seen the croppin' cards, but they sound neat!

I am getting ready to go to Disney World in a few days. Does anyone know if there is a place to buy stickers, etc. I had heard Disney was going to put a store in....they really should...they are missing a great market if they don't.

I know they are selling kits at 2Rs in Downtown Disney, and they'll have stickers and such lots of places all over the parks. :)

The 2R's Reading and Riting store at the Marketplace in Downtown Disney (next to Art of Disney) has a new merchandise focus --scrapbooking! Cast Members demonstrate scrapbooking (both simpleand advanced) several times a day. There is also a table to write out your postcards and have a Tinker Bell logo stamped on them!!

The above is from Deb's newsletter "All Ears". Can't wait to check it out next year!

Amy and Disney Debbie you have made my day! Thank you so much...

What is the newsletter All Ears?

maggie,
I teach a Disney class at my LSS. I would be curious as to how your class was structured. I do mine as a page element make and take type class. I try to have them make 2 elements for each park. I concentrate on making elements without using the licensed Disney supplies. The class has really been fun to do.
