We: my wife and 2 girls (4 and 1), DD and DM, 2DB's, 2DSil's and 2DN's (7 and 6), DA, DC and her husband and 2 kids (7 and 4), DA and DU and 2DC's (17 and 15). Yeah that's 21 of us all in 6 different rooms at the Dolphin.

Crowds seemed heavy at times expecially in Magic Kingdom and Disney Studios but waits werent very long and we used fastpass a lot.
Weather was typical Florida weather. Beautiful mornings, clouds in the afternoon with a shower than a nice evening.
Transportation was speedy and didn't have to wait for a bus for more than 10 or 15 minutes. OFten only 5 minute wait.
Food was very good at the majority of places we ate.
Service was extremely good at a lot of places, good at some and not very good at a few.
The Dolphin was great location, nice rooms. We had some issues on the day of check-in, finally resolved and compensated for our troubles.
Surf lessons at Typhoon lagoon were a blast.
Murray Hill transport was fabulous. John and Tony were prompt, helpful, courteous and great to chat with.

I will do a more thorough trip report after I get some more sleep.
Our 9pm flight back to Indy last night was delayed to 1:20 am. Running on about 3 hours of sleep right now.
Any questions fire away, I will try and respond to some today but most tomorrow.

By the way, my DD (4) began sniffling yesterday telling me that she wanted to "live here forever". That makes it hard to leave but nice to know how much she really enjoys being there.

Glad you had a good trip. We loved the Dolphin as well and found the location to be great and bus service prompt. We also found the staff to be pleasant and helpful.

I commend you for keeping it together with 21 people - it must have been a lot of work - but a lot of fun!

I can sympathize with your DD - I get weepy when I have to leave too - too much reality waiting back at home!

Thanks HoosierFantasia! We're going in July for the 1st time in many years. Lately everyone's trip reports are making me feel better about the crowds. We normally go off-season. Glad you had a good time! Get some much needed rest now!:faint:
