Tepan Edo is ON the plan--no restrictions on what to order. I got the filet and son had the combo steak and shrimp.
They are strictly enforcing the SINGLE serving size only rule. Nothing big enough to share, marked family size or fun to share (which everything now is) is allowed. I ended up buying 6 bottles of water with my remaining credits at Goofy’s candy shoppe. I couldn't even buy the packs of 3 lollipops--they had to be single pops.
You can NOT turn in/swap counter service for quick snacks. I checked at Pop, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Pepper Market and Goofy’s Candy Shoppe.
They are not allowing substitutions of appy for dessert (at least not anywhere I ate). I was charged for appys every time I ordered one (which I expected and was prepared to do)
The receipt comes with a suggested 18 and 20 percent tip calculated. So you don’t have to do the math yourself.
It was very hard to read the receipt if you wanted to pay for anything OOP, an appy, or pay the tip with the room charge or credit card. Have cash on hand for tips. (Exact chage--I carried a ton of ones, fives and tens). Waiting for change will eat up a huge chunk of time).
It does no good to complain!!!!! I guess they have herad it so often it goes in one ear and out the other.
Pop Century had the WORST customer service in their cashiers at the food court. First, they said strawberry milk was NOT included with the kids meal--only the mickey size milk, I had to use a snack credit for my grandson's milk ---in addition to the meal credit--then they wouldn't let me go back for a juice or water with his meal entitlement--without waiting in that 20 minute line again! When we got adult breakfast meals, we would usually get one bottle of water with each meal--it wasn't until the last day that a manager told us we got 2 drinks with the adult meal and asked if we wanted to get anything else. So we went back and got 3 more waters, and informed him that no one else--ALL WEEK--had mentioned the extra drink to us. he said 'sorry".
Pepper Market had the BEST customer service. The server was very interested in helping us maximize the plan. We actually left with a bag of waters and food!
