hi: just got back from a week in a 1br std. view. this was the first time we were able to get a std. view. the point savings were totally worth it! any questions? also- we were able to take a new digital camera with us. i have pictures from this am of the construction on the bcv, but i am technologically handicapped. i don't know anything about posting pics on the web. if you want to see pics, post and tell me how to go about this.

We have a std view studio for mid August.
On our first trip we had a Luna Park Pool view. It was good but I didn't think it was worth the extra points.
What was your view of?
How were the busses?

:p

hi: we were in room 4075 - just 4 rooms away from the elevators! we overlooked the driveway and could see some of the high fireworks from illuminations. to me, the preferred views i had in the past whether overlooking thte quiet pool and community hall, the canal and s/d, or the luna park pool just aren't worth the additional points. i was worried about the standard view since we'd never been able to get one before; i was hoping we weren't overlooking dumpsters. if i can make the ressies far enough in advance to secure the standard view, i will. as far as buses- we didn't take any. we walked to mgm and epcot and drove to ak,mk, and dd. people have said the buses were better lately.

We are leaving for OKW in 4 days!!!!!

Were the parks crowded?

Any love bugs yet?

hi ohio mickey: the parks aren't too crowded, except for the "park" of the day- the ee park. mgm on weekends during the month of may (star wars weekends), makes for crowds as well. there were only a couple lovebugs seen- not like in september though. they were a bit of a pain then because we had a convertible. have a wonderful trip- i'm already missing wdw and have to wait for november. (only 182 days to go):(

When we visited last May 5-14 the BW was swarming with lovebugs. I wonder why the difference this year. Both years have been similar weather-wise (dry).

Are those the bugs that look like they are mating (always attached to each other)? When we were there in September they were terrible, not so bad last week.
