favorite chair at the AC....Kungaloosh

I cannot figure out what AC stands for! :smooth: Someone please clue me in :)

:wave2: By the way I am glad to hear you had a great trip!

AC= Adventures Club in Pleasure Island

Hi there. I'm on my way out so I have to keep this short but quickly:

Sounds Dangerous was just....stupid. You sit in the dark, and listen to Drew Carry talk. There does not appear to be much of a point. I wish I could get those 12 minutes of my life back. I just thought it was the most lame, dumb thing I had ever seen, er heard, cause you don't see anything. It's all audio. But it's not even a good story, not good sound effects, I could see it scaring the pants off little kids who are afraid of the dark also.

AC stands for Adventurer's Club. Kungaloosh is the Club catch phrase. :)

There are morning and evening EMH at AK. I think that AK opened at 8 on Saturday, although we were too sleepy to get up and go. Also, I noticed that there were days when it was open until 8, during the week, after we had left.

The parades were beautiful, as always. :) :goodvibes

I have never done EMH so I'm a little confused about the process about the evening ones. Do you have to leave the park at closing time and then re-enter for the EMH? Thanks for the help.

Nope. You can stay in the park. At about 2 hours before normal closing time, they start having certain areas where you can go up to CMs and get a wristband to stay in the park after closing. After closing they check wristbands for all the rides. :sunny:

Hey Sherry, I gotta tell you, everytime I see your new siggie pic, it looks like you have antlers on! LOL I keep on gigling to myself, my DH thinks I am nuts. And, BTW I love that chair too! ;-p

:rotfl: I thought you WERE wearing an antler hat or something!! I had to look back and see that it was a divider rope!!!

We have never been to Pleasure Island :sad2: Is it worth going or is there as much to do at Boardwalk :confused3

Glad you had fun, can't wait untill next year for our next trip

Personally, The Adventurer's Club is one of my #1 reasons why I keep going back, and that is only at PI. Plus you can also go into the other clubs all on one admission fee.

However, if you are looking for nightlife, Jellyrolls on the Boardwalk is great too. Our next trip sometimes next year, we are considering just going for another long weekend, JUST doing Epcot and staying at the Boardwalk and going to Jellyrolls instead of the AC.

Glad you had a fun trip! We are staying at Pop for the 1st time & have a few silly questions that we hope you have the answers for!
1- Do you need quarters for the arcade?
2- Can you get pink lemonade & diet sierra mist in the refillable cups?
3- Are there any microwaves that guests can use in the food court?

Thanks for your help. What building did you stay in? We requested the 60's facing the lake. 48 more days to go!

1. I can't recall offhand since we did not go to the arcade this time. I think so, if memory serves, from last time. My SO was heartbroken that he did not get to go to the arcade this time.

2. We've not gotten the refillable mugs. But there appeared to be a nice variety. I recall seeing pink lemonade, but not sure about the sierra mist.

3. Yes, there are. :)
