Just back and looking for some recipes!

We had a fabulous time! We ate TONS of food and had some phenomenal dishes that I would like to try at home. As soon as I get all of my notes together, I will do a dining report.

But, in the mean time, does any one have the recipes for the following:

Jiko: Duck Firecracker and the sauce
Jiko: Flourless Mocha Cake
Jiko: the bread that they serve before the meal. I think it was called Mealie bread and had a spread with it.

Boma: FuFu
Boma: Potatoes with Affritude
Boma: Couscous Marrakesh

Chefs De France: Tarte a la Flamme Alsacienne


All of these items were to die for! They were so good!!

Thanks so much! I was able to find the recipe's from Boma on the sites that you gave me!

Does anyone else have any idea where I can find the one's from Jiko? Mine and SO's 10th anniversary will be coming up in January and I would love to recreate our Jiko dinner.
