Got off the ship at 7:45 this morning and back home by 9am. This was an adult only cruise and that was a different experience. Not bad! but different without kids that's for sure.
We did Palo, Serenity Bay and spent a lot of time at the adult pool. We got to see POC2 at 12:01 on the 7th which was cool but with the movie getting out around 2:30am it made for a lonnnnng day!
We had a cat 7 room 7128 and it was a food location with the exception of the thrusters waking me up at 4:30 this morning!
We had a wonderful room hostess (Emy) and saw her a lot. Our servers were also really really good this time and I even danced around Parrot Cay on the first night with them
Palo was a nice experience. Don't think it was one that I'd repeat only because it's "not me" but the food was outstanding and the chocolate souffle was to die for.
Serenity Bay was really nice. There were maybe 20 people there for the first 3 hours and the water was so clear. I found a bunch of sand dollars in the water. The food was also better there but they had more options at the family beach luncheon.
Capt. Jack made numerous appearances and was a big hit with everyone!
They had special buttons for the premere as well as temp tatoos and choc coins in our stateroom.
Didn't do any excursions this go round but I do have another cruise coming up in November so will do them then with the family.
We had a great time and this time my final bill was A LOT easier to swallow!!!!!
If you have any questions I will be happy to answer them.
