We did both princess breakfasts. Also went to Alfredos, Liberty Tree & Sci-fi. Glad to help with any questions!

Thanks for the offer. I have never been to PSB breakfast or LTT can you tell us about them??

Princess Storybook Breakfast was pretty good and I would do it again. It is held in Norway @ Epcot in the Askerhaus (sp?) restaurant which sort of looks like a castle inside. Atmosphere is good and the characters seemed pretty relaxed. They didn't seem to mind multiple pictures and took a little more time than at the other castle. The food is served in large skillets brought to your table by the servers. There is a bowl of fruit and plate of cinnamon rolls & biscuits on the table when you are seated. They serve orange juice and will also bring sodas or other drinks. Orange juice comes with the meal, but I believe other drinks (other than coffee) are charged. The food is scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes - all pretty good & hot. They will refill anything you like.

The Liberty Tree Tavern is at MK and was a nice surprise for us. Once you're inside, you sort of forget you are in a theme park. It's a cozy homestyle restaurant feel inside. We had an excellent server who didn't miss a beat. Food is served homestyle, brought to the table in large plates/bowls and you serve yourself from those. Mashed potatoes, green beans (very good), rolls with honey butter, turkey, ham, roast beef, apple cobbler with ice cream for desert. It was really good.

Thanx for the review ~ LTT is one of our must-dos on every trip.

I would like to hear about Alfredos?

I have it planned for our upcoming trip & this restaurant gets mixed reviews, so I would like to hear about your experience.

Thanks,
Katie

We just love Sci-fi and wouldn't miss it. In fact we went the first day we were at WDW. Our ressie was for 1:30 and we arrived early and checked in around 1. It was hot and we figured we'd take a shot at least waiting inside. I'm glad we had the PS, the folks in front of us were told no tables until 3:50 that day. We were seated around 1:25. There were 2 of us and we got the back half of the car which I prefer. I think the front half has a little more table room, but I don't like the idea of strangers watching us eat (hah!). It's always funny to hear how other folks take the sharing a car with strangers concept. We ordered weird stuff, but the servers don't mind. We got onion rings (big plate warning), french fries (always good here) & I ordered a small caesar salad that we shared. It wasn't on the menu, but I remembered something I read on the boards and took a chance. The menu has a chicken caesar salad which is very big. So I was able to get a normal size caesar salad, no chicken. Oh and the light up ice cube was a big hit with my 20 yo. Here's a hint on those, they're brighter in sprite than cola.

Alfredo's is our other must do. We had dinner on our last nite. Our PS was for 6:30 and we were seated ontime. This place can sometimes feel a little crowded but has never bothered us. A table for 2 usually will place you alongside other 2's, the booth on one side and chair on the other type seating. There is a separation between tables, but this time I actually had the person at the next table inquire what my dish was when it arrived. Service is usually good and atmosphere is authentic. Previous visits had strolling musicians/singers which we didn't see this time, probably just missed them. I'm surprised how many people just order regular pasta with marinara sauce. One dish I ususally get is the tri-color. Usually has lasagna, fetticini alfredo (which I think is too rich as a full dish) and one other item. This time is was gnocci w/marinara sauce. All was super.

Thanks for posting about the Princess breakfast. I wondered how it was.

I'm glad you enjoyed everything. Thanks for your reviews!

Just a note about those ice cubes....if you hit them on the table they turn on and off. You may want to save this little trick until just before you leave the restaurant. My daughter is 20 and still couldn't resist fishing the thing out to finally figure out how it worked. Our server said that the cube would last about 3 months if not left on.
