We found Otto super helpful for checking if RSR is down (still, or again). We had an evening where we were holding RSR fast passes, RSR was down, we had wasted time going to DCA earlier to try to ride RSR, and we continuously checked Otto while in DL riding things... RSR never did come back up that day, but Otto made the situation tolerable instead of totally annoying.
