I can try and answer some questions when time permits.

We are staying at the Poly. A small request for a first level room got us a ground floor with a patio in Fiji overlooking the marina. Awesome room and much better view than we originally had. The staff were very accommodating when we asked.

The service here is really good, actually awesome.

We put our Disney tags on our luggage. They were taken directly from the airport, we didn't have to collect them at baggage claim at the airport. I don't like it. Next time I'll collect my own bag. We were waiting several hours for it to be delivered to our room. Next time I'll bring it on the bus back to the resort with me so I have it right away. Bee could have used our bathing suits.

Temperate is really hot. We arrived around noon. In the direct sun it's nasty hot. We will see how the parks go the rest of the week.

With magical express and luggage Disney tells you it can take up to 3 hours for you to get your bags delivered. In my experience we've never waited quite that long but have waited probably two hours. They also say not to pack anything you will immediately need in that luggage since it will take a while to get it.
