Just arrived at Kidani and.....

everything is beautiful here. did online check in and our keys were actually brought right out front we didn't even have to go to the front desk. we have a standard view one bedroom and everything is nice and clean and it's wonderful. now I am heading off to the grocery store to pick up some food for the next 10 days.

Glad to hear you like it. "Keys brought out front" must be something new and I hope it actually exists for all who check in via internet. One of the minor problems of Kidani was that on-line check-in added little because when you arrived you still had to stand in the same line as everyone who did not use on-line check-in.

I have no complaints and this is exactly why I bought into dvc. Right now I am sitting on the balcony enjoying a corona with a lime wedge. We are at a great resort with fantastic amenities.

Went to dhs this morning and rode the headlines, but we will head back soon to use our fast passes we got. Loved the new star tours, It's great. And the new digitized muppets looked great. Also saw the new phinneas and ferb show, very fun.

What new Phinneas and Ferb show? Where is that? I know they are doing a meet & greet, but a show?
And what are the new digitized muppets? Did they close and refurb the Muppet show?

Standing in line for splash right now.
Our room overlooks the area where people walk to the bus near the lobby. I have never asked for a preference and have never been disappointed in location.

As for phinneas and ferb while they are doing the meet and greet a person comes out and entertains the crowd. It's a cute show.

At muppets they digitized the film so its nice and clear.

I am in total soaked in sweat mode.

Just finished eating at the new sweet tomatoes in kissimmee. Delicious and we fed the whole family for 32 dollars.

A couple of nights ago it rained for about 5 hours. So we went down and caught a presentation by one of the cultural reps about the big 5 animals in Botswana. My 14 year old loved it and it was very interesting. Great way to pass a rainy night.

Played golf yesterday morning with my daughter. It was so hot and I hadn't sweat like that since my old football plying days.

Went to the magic kingdom today. Not real busy today in the morning so we got in lots of rides. Ate at the starlight cafe and had a terrible meal. Don't ever order the ribs. I actually tracked down a manager to get a refund it was so bad.
