Day 3

Well we are still the same cast, I haven't traded out the kids yet. :lmao: So today we decided it would be a good day to do early entry. So up at 0530 showers, a snack at concierge and we are on our way to DL by 0640, we are in line by 0650 and right on cue the gates open, I think we were finally in around 0710. We head to Fantasyland, walk on Alice in Wonderland, cute ride, 5 minute wait if that for Matterhorn Bobsleds, very bumpy, next onto the tea cups, wow I am getting too old to spin around in circles:sick: over to Mr Toads Wild Ride, as soon as we get in line, the ride broke down, so we head over to Snow Whites's Adventures, Storybook Land Boats and then back to Mr Toad's Wild ride, that was cute too, next onto Pinocchios journey, most of these we walked on or waited a few mnutes. The lines started to pick up in Fantasyland, so we head over to grab fast passes for other rides, We head to Indiana Jones and see the wait is only 15 minutes, so we get in line and most of that time is just spent walking to the ride. We really, well DD and I really enjoyed this it is much better then Dinosaur at WDW I think. From here we go and get fastpassed for BTMR, and head over to Cafe Orleans for breakfast, it is about 0900 hours by now maybe a bit earlier. I thought we accomplished quite a bit. After breakfast, we head over to use the fastpasses for BTMR, kids enjoyed it, it is slighty different then WDW, we loved the little hill in the dark. From there we tried to hit Haunted Mansion and the places was just swarming with people, news crews large groups, so we skipped it for now and headed over to Tomorrowland, grabbed fast passes for Buzz, then walked over to Space Mt, only to find it closed. There were a few attractions closing early or closed because of the Nemo opening. So we walk through the shops a bit and decide we will use our fast passes lagter in the day, because by now you can hardly even walk to get around the park. :sad2:

We head back out towards DTD, and stop to pick up our Fantasmic dessert reception tickets on the way out!!:woohoo: I can't wait for that! On ward to DTD I tell the kids we will stop at Build a bear now, so we stop and DD makes a whtie and pink kitty and dresses her up in a hula outfit, names her Roxi, DS makes a bear and dresses him in a POC pirate: outfit, so cute, parrot and sword included, names him Patches, I made a monkey so cute and dressed him in a Yankees uniform, Big Yankees fan and named him Traffic. I know, what??? Well you see there is a joke at my department, I work as a police officer and they say running traffic, traffic stops etc.. is so easy even a monkey can write a ticket, so they call those of us that do a lot of traffic Traffic Monkey's, hence the name of my monkey. :confused3 :) then the kids made one more for their dad for Fathers Day when we return, a cute puppy which they got the sound for him, no outfits, and I named him Puddles. :rotfl:

We then returned to our resort, for an afternoon snack at concierge of course, borrowed a movie, I am getting ready to take a little nap, way too early this morning. We are then heading to DL hotel for dinner at Goofy's kitchen, from there we are heading back into DL park to hit som more rides.

Tomorrow we get to go to Legoland, we will be picked up via a Limo and spend the day there, I think dinner is here at the hotel, PCH grill so we can relax after spending the day at a park.

I know we haven't done too much but being our first trip, we wanted to hit things that are completely new or different from WDW, since we may never come back out here. So now I am off to nap, so that I can make it to dinner, so until tomorrow!

Please include Legoland in your report!:flower3: I am taking my kids there for the first time this fall and would love to hear about your day. I love your report and am so relieved to hear you havn't traded in the kids yet:lmao:
