Glad to see she is doing alot better. She is pretty.
My two cats are so different. Sheba is the smaller one, we have had her since she was a kitten. She doesnt like to be hugged like the bigger cat does. Mousetrap is the big one and I could just hug her all day. Both of them sleep with me and hubby on my side of the bed taking all of my room.
Thought I'd give an update and its good news!![]()
Last time I was here, Jenny (That's her official name now because of my love of Doctor Who) had been having a really hard time adjusting to being here... But I'm happy to say that she is doing much better and has really made herself at home.
She has pretty much claimed the patio as her personal spot, and has been doing everything I had hoped she would.
There's one thing I'm wondering though... She seems to have an obsession with laying on my *cough* chest...I took this yesterday while I was on the computer. She slept there for about 45 minutes. I guess she must have been comfortable...

Dad says she must be a male...![]()
she probably sleeps there cause she can hear your heart beat and its comforting to her.
I am so glad everything is working out. Cats can take a while to come around; but its great when they finally begin to get comfortable.
my boy cat used to do that all the time when he was a kitten, he'd constantly lay on my chest and just fall asleep, it was so cute! he doesn't do it anymore tho. he lays on DH's lap most of the time now lol.
eta: this is exactly how he used to sleep

Yeah, that's what she likes. She's actually doing it right now...
It's really hard to type with a cat laying on your chest...![]()
My Tinker Boo did the same. Here is a picture of him on my DH:

Aww, he looks like my Nubbs. We adopted a kitten in feb who was 4 months old, he had tested positive for fiv, but you know that young could be a false positive. But we brought him home. We also have year old German Shepard. we kept them apart, with door and gate.
Let me tell you. Every morning the kitten wakes up in Dd's room crying. Who is he crying for? His big brother, our GS. he rubs his head against pup's snout. jumps down and rubs against pup's legs. pup loves his "little" brother. the kitten has discovered pup's long tail and plays with it and pup just lays back down and lets him do it.
We found our Tinker Boo on our driveway the weekend before Halloween two years ago. We thought he was a girl and called her Tinker Bell, then we found out he was a boy - hence Tinker Boo. He is a real sweetie and smart. He figures how to get into everything.
We just adopted another cat and named him Simba. He is still getting used to us, but is very polite. When I come in from outside, he comes to meet me and get loves. When I put food in his bowl, he stops and loves on me as if to say "thank you".
Here is our Simba:
