Just a word of warning about tower of terror!

I don't know why, but everytime i ride this ride, i lose my voice for the rest of the trip. I'm not a big screamer, but there is something about this ride and the way it drops that totally makes me scream differently.
Don't get me wrong, this is my FAVORITE ride at MGM, but just wanted to give you all a heads up. The first time i rode this and lost my voice, i was meeting my boyfriend's father for the first time. Needless to say, i didn't/couldn't really say much

I loved TOT!!! Oddly enough, I had the same "problem". LOL Of course, it probably didn't help that I went running from TOT right over to RnR!!

efastpitch: too funny! come to think of it i may have planned the whole thing so that they didn't think i was too whacky! all i would be talking about would be WDW and how i had been planning for months

I didn't scream on the TOT myself...but the lady next to me sure did! I had a friend sitting to my right and to my left was a couple. When we started dropping, the wife grabbed her husband's shirt with her left hand and MY shirt with her right. She grabbed my shirtsleeve and balled it all up while she closed her eyes and screamed the whole time. Then, when we landed, she started laughing, smoothing out the wrinkles in my shirt and apologizing! We had a blast looking at the picture that was taken at the drop!

I was so scared on this ride that I could NOT scream. I had my eyes shut tight and was hodling on to my DH for dear life!!!!

isn't my voice. It's my knees. They shake and are weak for about 2 hours after I ride it.
