OMG I'm so sorry. It scares me how not nervous I was when I shipped my gown...if I would have read your thread before shipping it I would have changed my mind.

I really am sorry. So what are you going to do? You have 11 days left!

Oh my gosh that is horrible!! I am so so sorry! I hope UPS reimburses you the cost of the dress and for the emotional stress I am sure you are going through!!

What are you going to do? Have you started looking for a new dress?

Oh my goodness! I ship 3-5 pacakges a DAY with ups and we've never had one completly lost. We've had a few delays, but that's it. i'm so sorry they've lost your wedding dress!!! Are you looking for something else??

My only advice is to harass them till your blue in the face. I would call at least 4 times a day to make sure that they are looking for the dress.
Speak to managers, supervisors & everyone in between...I know it sucks to have to do this, but if you don't make a big stink, they are not going to go out of their way for you.

I'm so sorry about this . Have you thought about what you'd wear in case they don't come thru?

my sister was waiting for her cruise docs once and it showed "on the truck for delivery" for 3 days..finally, they went to the truck and found her package wedged under the seat.

So..what are you going to do??? Do you have another dress??

I couldnt make this ending up if I tried.....

Yesterday got the days off from work, I was prepared to fly back home to Ft. Lauderdale 5 days before my wedding to beg the places to give me a dress when......

My bridal salon (where I bought the dress) called and said, Ummm yeah so a guy from UPS literally handed me a box and ran out the door...and yes it was my dress!!!!!!! So after what UPS put us through I was like you are giving us $3,000 insurance (why not right?) and mailing it overnight! And so they did and I just got the call from Carolyn Allens that my dress is there!!!!!

UPS had NO idea where my dress was and was still looking all over for it in Jacksonville when it arrived in NY AND the store said that the box never looked like it was touched, no marks no anything. Go Figure.
