I recently had to switch my flight. So I called Disney and changed my flight number coming in (it's coming in an entire day earlier).

Kept checking my itinerary and they still had my old flight. So I called 2 days ago to change it again. They said they had my old flight number...and switched it. When I check my itinerary again...it still has me coming in on June 2nd!!! AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! I'm so annoyed!!! I guess I'll have to call again....but seriously....

I wonder why it isn't changing!!

Are you talking about Magical Express? It really doesn't matter what they have on your reservation coming in. Just show up at the counter. It's more important for the return so that the bus picks you up at the right time.

Yup. They really won't care. Just go to the counter and they will get you on a bus. Just make sure they have your correct return flight information when you check in.

I will second that - on the inbound you can pretty much arrive whenever, head to the DME area, check in and ride the bus.

You do need an advance reservation and must be a WDW Resort guest at the time you want to ride. So in addition to your vouchers I would have a copy of your revised reservation showing your a guest from June 1 to xx.

I am sure they have a way to check as well but it may be easier if you have your confirmation.

On the return you will get a confirmation letter slipped under your door the day before checkout, this needs to be correct!

Thank you everyone! That makes me feel so much better!! I'm not going to sweat about them having the wrong flight number coming in. They have the right one going out...and that sounds like that's what's important!!
 
If your arrival time into Orlando is off by several hours, that does not matter. But you need to reserve Magical Express for the correct day.

When booking or ordering anything from anyone anytime over the phone, write down the name and city of the person you are talking to. In the case of DME, if they did not send you a written confirmation you asked for, the name and city you wrote down should suffice as evidence you have a reservation for the day you show up provided it is on or after check in day and before checkout day.

Not quite - for DME you do need an advance reservation but as long as you show up at the DME counter during your reservation you can use the service. My DH often arrived a day or two after us and we did not need to make a separate "reservation" for him.

As long as the OP has a valid reservation with WDW and and advance reservation with DME she will be fine no matter when she arrives at MCO.

OP - if you want a confirmation for DME I would call the DME number in your packet vs the WDW reservations number. Even if they can't send you a confirmation in time they should be able to note in the system your correct arrival date.
