If you've been sitting here all morning without drinking water - go get some now!! Remember to drink half your body weight in ounces every day! (i.e., if you weigh 200 pounds, you need 100 ounces of water each day).

I have my big bad bottle of water right here next to me! Hey has anyone tried Smart Water (it has electrolytes in it) it's pretty good and the bottle is just perfect size (33oz) I just make sure I drink two a day (sometimes more).
The half your body weight is really a target and based on averages. If you are peeing clear and feeling good then you're getting enough water during the day! If you are making yourself feel queazy by forcing down huge amounts of water you are drinking too much and getting into that unhealthy compulsive dieting mentality.
You know your body better than anyone else! Do what feels right.
