I just have to get through three more days then I leave for 5 fun filled days at the DLR. I cannot wait.

I promise to bring back lots of pictures and do a awesome trip report.

I promise to bring back lots of food porn.

I will bring back my review and thoughts on Ghost Galaxy!


As I have previously, since my trip is only days away... I have to stop and thank all of you wonderful DISers who contribute to this forum. You have helped me as I may have helped you. I know that if it were not for you my Disneyland trips would not be nearly as fun.

Please check out my PTR as it will become a TR as soon as I get back.

In answer to your question disneymama83.... no. I hardly slept at all last night and it is making being at work today very dificult.

I'm sitting here on my lunch break, playing on the DIS instead of catching up on some work or doing something productive, but I am so excited about leaving in a few days.

There will be an obscene amount of DISers in the parks this weekend. I'm hoping to make some new friends. If you guys see me, don't hesitate to stop and introduce yourself. I don't bite.

We just did this on Friday. You can see the fireworks really well, you can even see Dumbo and Tink off in the distance (not very well, but you can!).

We were planning on seeing the second show of fantasmic on saturday night. If we end up changing our plans and watching the first show I will definitely tell you if it worked out.

Wow... I am absolutely blown away at the amount of DISers that will be at the parks this weekend. I'm starting to get worried about how busy the parks are going to be. I really hope it is not too bad. If you see me, please stop me and introduce yourself.


Edelweiss snacks is a new snack stand next to the Fantasia Gardens Smoking Area by fantasy land. It is supposed to sell Turkey legs and chimichangas, plus a couple other items I think. It looks really cute and themed well. I'm interested in seeing it and getting me a delicious DLR turkey leg

I have to agree. I am quite worried actually. I am hoping that it is just coincidental that alot of DISers are going to be there! I DO expect it to be busy with the premier of Halloween & all but I am hoping that it is tolerable. Especially considering that Friday is our first day & we won't be able to be there first thing in the morning. Oh well, I just keep trying to think that we ARE going to be in Disneyland!! There are certainly worse places to be stuck in crowds.

Thanks for filling me in on that new snack stand. My hubby wants to try a turkey leg & I want to try a chimichanga so I will be keeping an eye out for it!
