jury summons

My wife receive a summons for federal jury duty,The only problem is that we will be on board the Magic when she should report . Will we have a hard time changing the date of her service or will she be arrested when we return?

We have had the same occurance here. There is a tear-off form you can send in to request a delay.
Wasn't a probelm for us.
