Junk text under my profile name

I see some broken text under my profile name that was from when I was a sponsor several years back. I don't see any way to edit that but I see other members have some phrase/status below their icon. Is there a way to fix that? Thanks!

The ability to edit that title has disappeared. Currently, on the Account Details page, it states:
Your full account details are not currently editable.

It's been asked here (another thread) why this has happened, but no response.....
