Jungle cruise down?

I noticed on MDE it says Jungle Cruise will be down for refurbishment March 1-4, with planned reopening March 4. Is it realistic that we can ride it on the 4th? (Of course both our MK days are in that time frame.)
I haven't seen it on a refurb list anywhere else...

We are going Feb 28- March 4, with our magic kingdom day on the 1st. It says in my Fastpass+ choices that it's down. I wasn't aware it was closing either!

If it is reopened on March 4, you can certainly ride it.

BTW, it cannot be "closed for refurb March 1-4" and "open March 4."

If it is, in fact, "closed for refurb March 1-4" it will be "open March 5."

That's no too surprising.
Disney has no set standard for announcing ride refurbs.
There are some that happen with very little advance notice.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. I just checked MDE and it says that JC will close for refurbishment starting on March 1, with a planned re-opening currently scheduled for March 4.

this is great to know! we'll be in MK 2/29 and I thought it was closed on that day. Now i'll add it to the "to be fast passed" list! Jetta8300, we'll be there at the same time

We will be at MK on 2/28 - so I am glad we will have the opportunity to ride it! =)

Okay, so it sounds like we can ride it March 4. Yay! I was getting bummed because Soarin and Flights of Wonder are closed for our trip, and we didn't get to those attractions on our last trip. After this trip we won't be back for awhile.
