jungle book fast passes

Woohoo was able to get fast passes for Jungle book show for our July trip. I've never been to Nightime show using FP so how does it work as far as seating and getting in line to get in?

In the case of Fantasmic! (and very likely Jungle Book)-

The FP info will give you a window of when to arrive.
You will be seated in a reserved FP area.

In reality, I would arrive 45-60 minutes before the START-TIME of the performance,
due to the very likely extreme interest in and popularity of this new show,
and the very limited (far too limited) seating available.


One rule of WDW that is virtually always true:
If seeing a particular show is important to you, it is better to arrive far too early,
than to arrive one minute too late.

Thanks. We will plan to arrive at least 45 mins early. Is there any chance that wouldn't be able to get into show even with a fast pass? I would hope they wouldn't allow more fast passes than they actually have seats for.

As long as you arrive during the FP time you will be fine however if you arrive after they can turn you away. It is also possible that for now they may have over shot fastpass seats as it is an entirely new venue. However, I think they probably undershot how many people can fit in a section with the idea of filling in with standby right before show time.
