Anybody else taking in both shows Opening Night?

I've got a Tiffins Package for the 9:00 PM show and FP+ for the 10:30 PM show.

Since this will be so historic for DAK,I decided to do both and also it will provide an opportunity to check out the view of the show from both Asia AND Dinoland.:)

First show only on opening night.

I think it will be great to do both. Please report back on what you thought.

Do you get to choose which side you watch from? Are the viewing areas different for packages and FP?

Watching both shows is true dedication right there.

I still remember the first night of Wishes... mostly memorable because of the crowd control nightmare on Main Street following the show. No matter how much preparation they've done, the crowds at new nighttime events are a little scary to me. (In fairness, Epcot was closed at 4pm for a press or travel agent event that same day...)

Good luck!

We'll be at the first show! I booked the Tiffins package as well! We will do the sunset Safari right after. Still not sure if DS8 will make it through, but we're going to try! Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the two sides of the theater!

I'm curious too - what is the difference between the Dinner Package Reserved Seats and the FP Seats? I'm seeing that the Dining pkgs are not included with the Dining Plan so I'm going to opt for FP I think.

Do you guys think the Jungle Book show will be moved elsewhere when Rivers of Lights open?

That's incorrect info. It was confirmed that the dining pkgs are included in the dining plan on the blog and through phone CMs.

The EE side is for FP and thevDinoland side is dining pkg and standby.

The information may be incorrect but when you try to book JB dining package at Tiffins, it says that dining package not accepted.

Almost impossible unless they updated Fantasmic. I could see them offering the JB show at say 7 or 8 as a one time showing then offer Rivers of Light at 9 and 10:30 as it currently stands but I think once RoL is up and running we won't see the Jungle Book show any more.

I'm expecting Tiffins to be two credits on dining plan. Perhaps the settings are still wrong so it comes up as no dining plan. Or perhaps they are holding off for now to assess. The prices at Tiffins are so steep that I plan to share courses and skip the packages.

Yes, I know it says that. But it is still INCORRECT. No matter what it says. I commented so that readers and the poster know the CORRECT INFO.

It stated on the Disney Parks Blog that Tiffins is 2 credits and Tusker House is 1 credit.

I keep reading the EE side.

If that is the case I'm kind of shocked dinning package seems to be on Dinoland side. With how much the Tiffins package is I'd expect those to be the best section kind of like Carthy Circle for World of Color.
