June Weather

I am doing a bit of packing for my june trip and I was wondering how hot it gets and what the weather is like at Disneyland in early June. Will I still need pants and a light jacket for the evening? On the news station where I live it keeps saying that cali is breaking weather records for heat. Then again they have been wrong before.

We are going in June and plan to be in shorts and tee shirts from dawn until midnight. We will have sweatshirts on hand for other parts of our trip, but do not plan to wear them at DLR.

Beware of June Gloom. That's when we get low clouds & fog in the morning, burning off to hazy sunshine in the afternoon. The further away from the coast you are, the faster the gloominess burns off.

But I have seen people from Woodland Park wearing shorts and t-shirts when it is snowing !! Be ready for anything. At least you know Disney will gladly sell you a sweat shirt if you get cold.

and they will gladly sell u the sweat pants to go along with that sweatshirt, tooo I get cold all the time so I will be in long sleeves at night, I always pack for cooler weather better to have than have not

We have been the first and second weeks of June for the last two years in a row, and will be again this year. I have never once worn a pair of pants on a June trip, but I do sometimes throw my hooded sweatshirt (jacket) on in the am and late late at night!

Yeah, but they all tend to die off due to exposure. With the weather range in Anaheim during the summer, we have never had need for anything more than a tee shirt. We hate carrying around sweaters all day in case you might need them. And we have never needed them. Bottom line is June-August at DLR is tee-shirt weather 24/7.

Totally agree. Some thin-blooded flatlanders may still get cold when the sun goes down, but shorts and tee-shirts in S. California during the summer is the only way to go.

its always hot here... we arent having no record breaking heat record
