June use Year? Is it really Popular?

Is June a popular UY? It seems like few are for sale on the resale sites. I am looking for 100'ish & lower at BLT, GF, BW. PVB depends on the upcoming direct pricing. Is it a popular month? Is it due to summer vacations right now? It is a horrible UY for us, since we travel in May mostly. But when I purchase resale that is what it was & when we bought direct they kept June. I have searched & read about UY now. I know to keep it the same to make it easier on me. But I can't seem to find many! (First world probs.)

I think the problem is looking for smaller contracts in general - those can be tough to find no matter what the UY is and get snapped up quickly…

I am hoping that in Dec-March the resales will be full. Maybe dreaming, but last time I did resale it was in April & closed in May.

I have a June UY and it took a while to find two small GFV contracts that were priced right (for me). I ideally wanted 100 + 50 and grew so impatient waiting for the 50, I ended up with 100 + 100. I guess there are worse fates but I agree with PP - it’s the combo of the UY + small contract + good deal (which tend to be harder since small contracts go for a premium). Hang in there!

It totally does. I easily found a December Beach Club contract, but struggled finding a good bargain on a December Bay Lake Tower. There are tons of February Bay Lake contracts though.

I would've loved an April UY VGC if I were to buy one but I think I'd have to settle for a June UY for the same reason. Fortunately that actually would work out fine for me since I would probably use them during the summer or winter season but I was trying to avoid a third UY :X

Same. I really really don't want a 3rd UY

Honestly if you think you’re going to keep mostly traveling in May, I’d suggest you might buy a different UY and just alternate which contract you use. It’s more of a PITA but at least you’ll lessen your holding risk.
