June trip - few planning questions

Hi! My DD 8 and I are very excited to be going to Aulani in June. I'm hoping you all can help with a few questions. First, where can we get cut fruit? Is that available from the ABC store? Second, I would welcome your advice about how I can find a place to watch my daughter in the pool, hopefully without having to wake up at the crack of dawn. Is it easier to find a chair in the afternoon or evening? Third, what time should we leave for the airport on a Wednesday morning to return the car and get on an interisland flight by 11:40? Thank you so much - all of your tips have been really helpful!!

We bought fresh fruit at Costco last June and intend to this June as well.

Also, last June we had no problems snagging a chair (we only needed one). At various times through the day. It seemed only to be an issue if you needed more than one.
