The Lilly Belle is the presidential parlour car on the Disneyland Railroad. The three ways to access her is by going to the Main Street Train Station at park opening to see if tickets are available, by doing certain guided yours of Disneyland or by being a Club 33 member. I was lucky enough to get to ride the Lilly Belle on our last day at Disneyland in May and it was an amazing experience.
