Both attractions are located at Disneyland Resort and they are attractions in the widest sens.

I have a further hint. People were thinking in the right direction that one of the answers is something that can only be seen at a certain time of day, but it is something that is currently shown every day.

The photo was taken on Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage at Tomorrowland. Finding Nemo also inspired Turtle Talk with Crush and a sequence in World of Color, which can both be found at Disney California Adventure.
