I was thinking paypal, but then realized they would be taking fees out. . . so, I am thinking checks or money orders mailed to me, once I purchase the CD (so that we can verify price AND that everyone who signed up to share actually did). . . . is that ok for everyone?

You can do Paypal without fees. I have done this numerous times to pay a friend my share of a hotel room and my sister has used it to pay me.

As long as you don't do the business section of Paypal, then there are no fees. If your account is verified, we can send you money through a personal transfer and then Paypal will transfer the money to you account.

No fees involved!

If someone can actually gie me a link to show where we can do paypal WITHOUT any fee's taht would be awesome - I would prefer to do it this way, but not if I end up losing money in the end because of the fee's (which I think are pretty high). I think to not have fee's you can't use a CC to pay but has to be bank account $? I've heard that . . .

Adi, I have a question. I volunteered to do this for July and am wondering if you'll have any extra envelopes you'd want to sell to me. You could just send them with my CD(s) and let me know what the extra cost is.

Remember everyone to add your pictures by July 8th at 11:59pm - including adding borders, etc.

Added mine and edited them today and noticed we are up to over 800 pictures. . . . once I get the CD's I may need you to identify your family's to cut down how many pictues you get - UNLESS they all fit on the DVD's I got. . . we'll see when the time comes. Once I place the order I will email you all with the total cost of your portion - I want to verify first that everyone got their pictures on.

Well, that stinks! Especially since the photographer took a picture of our card because she could tell it wasn't working right. Oh well, I think we have enough pictures already!!

My sister pays me with her checking account which is verified thru Paypal and I have never been charged a fee.

I'm verified so I can send you money without fees.

is the link to the fees page. As long as everyone is verified then they should be able to send you money from their banking account without you being charged a fee. If there are those who do not want to be verified thru PayPal, you should still accept a check or money order from them.

Hello all -

I have heard back from a few of you (if you sent me an email I am sure I got it), but not from all of you. I would like to hear back from everyone of you that participated in adding your photo's to let me know you have uploaded them to the site from your photopass cards AND are done with editing. You absolutely HAVE to be done tomorrow evening 7/8 by 11:59 pm - I am placing the order on 7/9 because some in our group will lose photo's on the 10th.

I also need to hear from you to keep you in the count for splitting the cost and mailing you a CD/DVD once I receive the one from photopass and your part of the payment.

Hope all is well with you - take care - and PLEASE get in touch with me (please include your Disboards name in the email - I have most of you listed that way primarily in my documents and it makes it easier to check you off).

In order to not get charged fees I need to have a personal account (mine is premiere because of my eBay selling, but my Husband's is personal so I can use that) AND you have to use a paypal balance OR eCheck to pay without me getting charged fees. If you pay with credit cards I will be charged fees - I will find out how much so you can add that on top of the total, for any of you who wish to use CCs. Plus I will stil accept money orders in the mail. Hope this works out. Will email you with total once I have heard from everyone.

I did have some duplicates because during group photos they put the pics on my card and my daughters or sisters cards. Let me know if you need me to delete about 10 - 12 pics.

I'll probably pay with a money order just to keep things simple. Thanks for handling this - I appreciate it!
