June/July trip, ADRs & do I have this right??

DH, DS & I are finalizing our plans for our June/July trip & I wanted to check make sure I had things right:
6/24--Mama Melrose (3 TS credits)
6/25--Concourse Steakhouse (3 TS credits)
6/26--Le Cellier (2 Adult TS credits)
6/27--Spoodles (3 TS credits)
6/28--Cape May Cafe dinner buffet (3 TS credits)
6/29--Undecided (1 Adult, 1 Child TS credit)
6/30--Coral Reef (3 TS credits)
7/1--Maya Grill (3 TS credits)
7/2--Wolfgang Puck or Capt'n Jacks (1 Adult, 1 Child TS credit-pay for other adult OOP)

We are staying for 8 nights, 9 days & don't leave until very late on the 9th day. Because DS is going to a kids club one night while DH & I go to Le Cellier, we'll have one child's TS credit for that meal that will go unused. Another day, DH will be at a conference that extends into the evening so then we'll have his TS credit from that evening.

Am I right to assume that we can use those credits on the 9th day and then just pay OOP for one adult meal that last day?

Also, does anyone know if Wolfgang Pick Cafe takes ADRs & also what time it opens on Sunday? I can't seem to find info on restaurant hours....thanks!

Yes your credits do not expire until midnight of your checkout day. You could do counter service on the day your DH is at a conference & save the TS for your last day. The rest of the plan looks great.

WPC- I know Capn Jacks is a walk up. We plan on having an early dinner there as I've read here it's easier to get a table. I had thought of WPC too & I'm pretty sure they take ADR's

Ok, but was I right in thinking that we could just those 2 TS credits the last day together, right?

I plan on doing a special dinner with DS the night that my DH is busy, he's going to pick wherever he'd like to go. He's been reading the online menus the last few nights!

That way I figure we could make the TS credits last thru the trip, only having to pay OOP for one adult meal the last day. DH will probably just use a CS credit that at Pepper Market when we use our TS credits for dinner.
