June, July or beginning of August

Hello there,

I am doing some pre-pre planning (we are not going until summer 2006 ) and I was wondering if the summer months were our choice, when would you go? Here in Texas we are off at the end of May and restart mid-August and I was wondering if it is a bit less busy at the beginning of June as some kids are still in school.

Any ideas?

WELCOME to the DIS SA53!!!

That's the same school schedule we have in this part of TN. Early June has been a good time for us to visit WDW.Weather isn't too bad and neither are the crowds at that time.

Definitely go the beginning of June. July and August can be so hot and humid. Also the crowds will be better in early June--can you even make it the very end of May after Memorial Day?
