I hope you two have a great time.I still think it's awesome you go so much to WDW. My students are amazed when I tell them how often you go...I tell them you two are my heros. My friend from here is going again at Thanksgiving and she was there in June and July...and spring break. Another friend of mine leaves again soon and it's her 4th trip this year.

I hope your dad does okay while you are gone too.

Hi ladies.

MKY - yep I heard about the bad call. I am not a big football fan but hate to see stuff like that happen to any team. Football is too big a commitment for me.

We did buy a season ticket to the Windsor Spitfire hockey team this year so I will be able to go to more games. My sister has one and her SIL (husband's sister) has two so we can share the tickets a bit. I can't make to to every game.

It is really nice here tonight. If only we could get one quick frost to kill the rag weed, I would be much more comfortable. This is the way I look with one eye all puffed out from the itchy eyes...

MKY -feel better soon. It would be nice if you could both have a nice healthy trip this time.

TP2 - my day will come but so far I am doing okay. DD15 says she doesn't want a boyfriend because they are a waste of time. She has been asked more than once but nothing has stuck yet.

Tomar, you would love October! warm during the day nice at pool [usually] & cooler at night. low 80 to 70's at nite. December we have seen 60's. But, i still wear shorts during the day. And the crowds are very different. not many tour groups, absolutely no large ones. Have to watch out for cheerleaders groups, or sports stuff. But, not nearly as bad. You guys should consider it someday.

Tomar, you guys are all invited! Come on down. We have the empty couch bed. I love food and wine festival. But, I hope its not too wild. We try not to go on weekends. Lots of drinking going on. Now, there's wine or beer tasting and chugging?? We are not too adventurous eating, but like to try one thing new.

Went to md today. Hoping the steroids won't bother me so much. I am trying to be optimistic. Doctor has some good plans after I clear up to prevent attacks. Try out some of the new inhaled drugs to prevent asthma attacks.

Candi, I could not image having to worry about boyfriend issues already. Between your family and TP2, all those girls > dads are gonna have to keep a close eye out. Pretty soon you all be buying prom dresses like ee22 before you know it.

ee22, hang in there hope your feeling better soon. DD should be proud. Hope DS is having a great time so far.

MKY- Thank you so much for the invitation! ...I WISH I COULD ! ....Mabe someday we will get to go around this time of the year, Mr. Tomar and I aren`t much for trying new food (Id just probably plant myself at the Cannoli stand in Italy, LOL ), and unless its an occassion, we don`t drink....but Id love to be there for the Halloween festivities, and just to experience a different time of the year ....we were there once longggggggg ago in Oct. on one of Mr. Tomar`s business trips...but it rained alot that visit...
I hope you are feeling better ! ....I had a followup with the allergist yesterday, and its sooo funny that you mentioned your doc was going to put you on a new med....mee too..
Since I was so sick this past summer....he has decided that I need to be on "Symbicort"....one puff a day...it is supposed to keep your broncial tubes open and not clogged !...I took the first dose this morning....We shall see I guess !

Hiya everyone,

Yes, still sick. 2 more days of steroids. Then return to md on sat. Have been worse today. Very Very humid here and 90's. Tommorrow is fall ??? It was cool last week. But, this is killing my breathing. I almost went into md today.

We are close to 2 WEEKS. I am off 2 days before we go! Way it worked out with the schedule at work. With being sick, have absolutely nothing ready. Bug, finally bought a car [santa fe suv] last nite and has been working on that for the last few weeks, months, years,?? So she also has nothing done. Oh well. I will be crazy in 2 weeks. But for a good reason.

MKY: Totally insane how long you have been sick. Maybe you need to take a break and just rest up a bit. I know that is not always the easiest answer but sometimes that is just what we need. Gotta get better in time for Disney!

Hope everyone is well. Been super busy here with back to school, as I am sure it is for everyone. Gotta run and so some laundry before my house gets taken over by little ones!

10 days to gooooooooooooooooo!!!

Finally feeling more like myself. No more "steroid" soreness. Breathing good. NO coughing!!! Am sooooooo happy! Took yesterday & today at home and rested. Did a little work around the house, but nothing too much and finally feel like am better. That took way to long. Now, hopefully our weather will maintain and hold on, so no big changes to set me off again.

Looked into planning some for March. Started my board and dates are out. May start working on adr's. Still not sure if we are going in march. Touring plans rate all dates 8 & 9's with 1 "7". Ugh October is all rated 5 and below. Our march dates look like 11th > 26th. Big spring break weeks. But 1 month off easter. Hoping it would be warmer this year. Usually is and last spring was really cold.

Hello Ladies !!
Looks like we are all having busy days these last couple of weeks
Ive been trying to get some of our closets organized. starting to store away some of our summer clothes , which is making me sad. It`s been ...one day warm...one day cool, here in NJ the last week...today it is pouring rain (but from the drought we experienced this past summer, I guess we needed the rain)..

MKY- WOW...I missed the part that you lost your voice !!! ..Im so sorry !...You know I had the same thing happen to me in the world in July...I could barely talk (even to you that day)....until I was almost finished with the Methpack...ugh !
Im glad you are feeling better now !!...10 more days !!! OMG !! How wonderful !!
I won`t even be thinking about our next trip until the holidays this year, the kids are coming up to our house for Thanksgiving,and we may be going down to SC for the Little Prince`s first birthday....can you believe it ??!! He`s going to be a year old already !!
I hope you and Bug have the BEST time !!!!...I`ll be thinking about you guys and wishing I were there !!!

Minnie- Congrats on your trip !!!!

TP2- I bet the girls` have a FULL schedule this year...I can just imaging all the running around you are doing right now !!

EE22- Hope you are feeling better ....I know this year, you will be going through the college visits again with DL11, ....I can`t believe how the years go by so fast !!!...Hope DS`s college life is just what he imagined it would be !!!

Hi Everyone: Did you guys see the D23 Scavenger Hunt in Spring 2011? Wouldn't it be a blast to do a meet for that? It would be so much fun and not a trip our families could really appreciate. I think that would be a blast if we could get it to work out for everyone.

Tomar: It is shocking that the prince is already a year old. Time just flies. It makes me sad to see how big my girls are getting. But I know that everyone understands. I just need to appreciate every day and enjoy them now. DD11 is almost as tall as me, I have no idea when that happened.

So we are going to see Beauty and the Beast on Saturday in the movie theater. Of course we have it on DVD but it was an excuse to blow $40 on movie tickets. I figure it will help with my cravings until I can at least book our ADR's.

Got DD6s Jessie costume. Called everyday for her size and finally today I was able to get it. Funny when you walk into a store and the manager asks how you are (and means it). I have such issues, I knew who answered the phone each day by their voices.

MKY: So glad you are finally feeling better. Way too long to be sick. Gotta get packing now.

Hiya everyone, 9 days!

Hope everyone is having a great week. Catching up on some housework today, and planning on working tommorrow. Have not called in sick during this whole thing. Got lucky that they where low and cancelling people so I took the cancel's the last couple of days. My voice is pretty good now, still in and out if I talk too much but i would say 100% better.

Did my adr's for March. And we don't even have a resort yet. If anyone wants to eat at Canada >> Make them that day, they open up. I could get everything we wanted but canada for dinner. Which is ok, our last 2 experiences there where terrible but, we where gonna try anyway.

Now, we are thinking resorts but, I need some DVC help: If you stay at BLT or BC villas >> can you get room service from the main resort?? If your staying per wdw (not renting points) you do get housekeeping daily?? Anything else I should know?? We are looking into a 1 br villa but would depend on prices and any discounts. Sometimes they are offered (limited) with the ap discount and other times not. Due to the Poly pool situation [they are scaping the "quiet" pool and rebuilding it] don't want to get into that situation. So thinking NOT poly for march. CR only has tower mkv availble. I could suffer through that again. and GF rack is same as blt 1 br. Now, is 1 of these is discounted with ap rate and the rest not >> probably where we would end up. Ooooooooooooh I hate decisions. And I hate waiting for discounts to come out. Right now, there is not a bounceback going into march. & rumor has it they are dropping bouncebacks in the future.

Tomar, he is 1 already?? wow. That did go by fast. A trip to SC would be really nice.

TP2, Your girls are gonna be tall. America's next top model needs to be at least 5'7".

EE22, hope your doing better. Are you enjoying our great weather this week?

Well, I finally finished some of my closet rearranging, and today is really very Pleasant out....but....I heard this is the calm before the STORM we are supposed to get tomorrow !!...TP2- did you guys hear about that this morning ...YIKES !.....I had an appt. with the allergist to get my flu shot tomorrow...I just cancelled it until Tuesday

About your March Trip, I will try to answer some of the DVC questions you asked.....#1- Yes...you guys can order room service if you stay at a DVC Resort that offers this service, It doesn`t matter if you are staying as a member, or paying through CRO, as long as the service is available, you can certainly use it !!
..............#2- If you will be staying in a one bedroom Villa (or any accommodation ), at a DVC Resort, but Paying Through CRO, you guys will get Mousekeeping Every day !...(We did a half stay with CRO for the Kids this past July, in a one bedroom, and had mousekeeping everyday ! )
I hope this cleared up a few things for you !
I am actually waiting for a Nice AP discount this time around again, as we used most of our points for the kids stay last summer...so I will be watching out for the next round of offers for all of us !!

Have you guys seen the new Themeing for next year ???....."Let the Memories Begin" ?.....I wasn`t that excited about it, until I got an email that we can actually submit pictures of our family at the world, and Disney might approve them for use on their site, or for other media use....I actually submitted a few pictures of this past July`s trip with the little Princess and Prince, and I recieved an email that they were approved !...I haven`t seen them on the site, so who knows where they might show up !!

Thanks for the info. That is what I thought, but could not remember for sure. We are still up in the air about where to stay. I like the idea of BLT or BC villas. But the $$$$ will be determined if they are in a discount or not. Right now with rack rate. BLT is wide open and CR is almost totally sold out. Guess will let WDW decide.

I loved your pictures. And voted "like" for them. Maybe you will get picked for something. I was very mixed when I read about the "new" theme. I thought they where taking random pictures and putting them up. Didn't want some terrible picture of us, showing up. A few years ago at work, I got the mky come here and hold this stand here thing. Finally figured they where taking pictures of us, and have been on bill boards all over town or the newspaper every time something with the hospital is in it. Never again. So tired of that picture.

Mr. Tomar and I became very comfortable at the Boardwalk...as much as I`d do a week at the GF...I keep thinking I won`t want to give up the Boardwalk ....Ive never done "Club Level" anywhere....thnking about it......BUT....THAT would have to be a Super... Duper ..Mega.... AP discount though !!

As for club. SAVE your money. I know, I have read the "threads" here that really, really, push it. And it sounds fabulous.... . Well, I thought so too and found >> no. We paid for poly club. Food was ok for snacks, but the atmosphere a bit snooty for us. I wasn't impressed. Paid for the cr club lite, and it was just snacks and cereal. Very over rated and we got BC club upgrade, and hated it. I wanted to get out of there. The staff was not friendly, food was alright, but very crowded. not impressed.
Trust me, just pay for the view you want.

Thank you so much for your honest oppinion about club level...Ive been reading and reading a thread on concierge stays...and I was thinking if a GREAT Room discount comes to pass.....Id suprise Mr. Tomar with it....we usually just have breakfast in our villa anyway...and take bottles of water down to the pool with some snacks during the day.....The Inkeepers Club @ the BW sounds sooooo lovely...you get the robes like at the GF....but you are right about the views...No difference !...that is a turn off right there...some people gave honest oppinions like you just did though...alot of negatives which suprised me, since that is supposed to be the highest level of service....Oh well...we shall see...not planning on anything in particular right now...gotta get through the holidays first, and then the little Prince`s B-day...in the meantime, I will be on the watch for any great room discounts for all of us !!
