It was last July mky. When we were at the BC we could have booked for the fall when we were staying there. I think there was one at Christmas too. It's almost standard I think now.

Party went well. Everyone was healthy and noone cancelled at the last minute. I was so afraid that that stupid flu would hit more kids and they would have to cancel coming to the party. But all was well, she had a good day, and the weather was beautiful.

EE22- Yep.....what TP2 said .....You`ve been very busy today !

TP2- I was thinking about you today....we went to the beach here in New Jersey...and I was thinking what a beautiful day it was for your Princess`s Party !....So happy it turned out well !!

MKY- about Packing....Im starting with the Box we are sending down to SSR....almost finished with that project ...LOL.....then I will get SERIOUS into the the luggage packing !
Yikes about the Swine Flu.....
Hope your feeling well with your stomach now .....I don`t think I`ll ever get off the nexium....I find it the "Wonder belly drug"...

I woke up yesterday with a new added addition to my face....Red blotches .....they were disappearing and coming back all day yesterday....took a benedryl and walked around like a zombie ....but the blotches went away...I have an appt with the allergist thurs....we shall see what the new allergie is..... I guess ....ick
Went to see the Cardio doc last thurs. , waiting on the 4 tubes of blood test he gave me.......and with all this going on folks.....we are at .....
34 more days till Disney !! WHOO HOO !

Tomar: Red blotches??? I guess that you have no idea what you are allergic to right? Always the way.

I am a bit freaked over the swine flu thing. My concern is why they are closing schools? If it were just the flu, why close schools?

I am looking forward to a beach day. Life has been so busy, it will be nice to just have some down time.

Hiya everyone,

Got cancelled today, on call. And will most likely get called in. Fingers crossed.

The swine flu, is spread through droplet's. IE: They cough, on you, or on the table and you seat there next > hands in droplets > touch face > your infected... ... They problably want to keep the kids exposed and will break out from continuing exposing more people > and spreading further. In, the meantime probably washing down everything.
This flu, is dangerous, if your compromised. You have a chronic, serious condition and add the flu. Or, your run down, from pneumonia etc.. . Then it can be dangerous. For, most people if your healthy, it is just a few days of feeling sick.. You want to be careful if you get the flu, that you do not allow it to compromise yourself. And wind up with pneumonia, dehydration, etc.. . [Or, at least this is what we are seeing.]

TP2, congrat's on the party.

EE22, Hang in there, and take a break. In march, they had the bounceback, but it was for spring, august and sept, early dec. They have added October. Which would be great, it is regular [expensive] season.

Tomar, we don't need to ship this year, I did that owners locker thing. We will see if it helps or is too expensive.

Candi, hope things are ok at work.

I called and added adr's for our 1st day in july. I forgot. We changed our plane and made a 12hr difference > needing somewhere to eat.

Anyone, going to EMH sunday, 7/11/9? not sure how tired or sleepy we will be but considering it. It sounds like a good plan right now, but after being up 18hrs and flying etc.. . not so sure.

MKY: You make me feel better. I guess we should worry about my dad with diabetes but the rest of us are okay. Also, that little niece of mine. Only 4 weeks old. I didn't let me sister come over the other day out of fear. I remember DD10 getting sick when she was 7 weeks old. She had bronchialitis and it scared the life out of us. After that she needed albuterol syrup all the time. Her first 14 months of life were a nightmare. Then she all of a sudden got better and has been pretty healthy ever since, expect that pnemonia in Disney in 2007.

We are getting so excited for our trip. Wednesday is rumored to be the semi annual sale at the Disney Store. Gotta get there for some new flip flops, bathing suits, sunglasses, etc. I love this sale, always gets me really excited for the upcoming trip.

Mr. Tomar and I talked about the owners locker, but since we still only go once a year....it wouldn`t be to our advantage......yet

Looks like MKY is saying that being EXTRA careful with Hygiene habits will help keep the healthy away from the Swine thingy ....ick !
I carry the Purell all over the place as it is.....lately Ive been using wipes on the handles of the shopping carts also.....

Tomar: Funny thing about the shopping carts. When DD5 was a baby and started sitting the cart, I started wiping it down. Now I usually go alone so I just clean my hands when I am done but with this whole swine flu I have been wiping it down again. I have also been spraying shoes with Lysol. DH thinks we are better off getting it now instead of the fall. He thinks it is going to come back stronger. I really have to just continue to practice good hygene for myself and the kids and not think about it. I can make myself crazy with the whole thing.

We are so excited about our trip. I really can't wait. Getting down to almost 2 months seems like I need to start packing already too. I will wait though until at least August 1. I will hit the Disney Store on Wednesday though. I already have my night covered so I will be free.

I always get a little "Disney Fix" at the DS .....went this week to get Mr. Tomar a few shirts that he only wears exclusively at "Disney"..LOL
About the wipes- Our Local Shoprite....has a complimentry dispenser as you walk into the store with wet wipes for the cart....I grab 2 each shopping visit and walk the store with them on the handle...LOL

Well still at home, so I might make it through.

TP2, have fun shopping. Unfortunately our DS seems to only carry kids stuff now. Maybe I will check ours, max's bday is approaching.
August is fastly approaching. Seems like summer will fly by.

Tomar, hope the hives are better. Have you ate anything new, new detergent, soap, ...... . Md's told us with bug, you can become allergic to anything at anytime. That is what happened with her and chocolate. You never know.

Our DS mainly has childrens things now also...except for some tees for grown-ups ...that`s it ....When I go shopping for the Princess I have a store full of things I can buy though !!
Yes....Max`s Birthday is soon ....July 8th Right ?....
The Perfectly Princess will be 3 on June 26th also
About the hives- I don`t know what`s up with me this week....I could be allergic to something new.....Who knows

I guess I never thought of it, because I have so many kids to buy for, but our DS is mostly kids stuff too. We have tote bags, mugs, outdoor dish sets, t-shirts and pj's for grownups but that is maybe 10% of the store with the rest going towards kids.

DS sale totally stunk. Even the sales help agreed. They said they were shocked when they came into work today and found previous sales down and the current "semi annual" sale. Definately not what it had been in the past. Very disappointing.

TP2, that is too bad. Not sure what is going on at those stores. I didn't check out ours, but they really don't have much of a selection anymore. Not even attenae toppers.

EE22, hope school is out now. And you, DS, and DD enjoy the rest of summer. You are soooooooooooooo close now.

Tomar, I had a t&a today and thought of your Hope all is well.

Hi everyone.

Well I tried to get caught up but I missed a lot.

MKY - are you seeing a lot of swine flu cases? It isn't even in the news here any more.

Your trip is so close now.

I took a few days off work and took my mom and DD10 to see my brother. We spent a couple of days in Kingston Ontario and I remember now how much I love that city.

There is a lot of history and with Queen's University and the Royal Military College, it has great energy and is pretty artsy.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn on the harbour and we walked all around the down town. There is a White Mountain Ice cream store that sells all natural ice cream made on the premises. It is wonderful

It was the first trip DD13 decided to stay home because she had plans with her friends. DH stayed home and they had a quiet few days.

Tomar - I hope you are feeling better soon.

EE22 - are you done with school now? Our kids have to go until June 24th

MKY- Yes ....we are almost down to the 30 day mark !! WHOO HOO
I just got back the results from the .....4 tubes of blood ...the cardio doctor took...
Everything came back GOOD ....except...it seems that I am ...Vitiman D Deficient....I have to take 2000 IUs of it everyday for 90 days....then go get another blood test.....Imagine that !!....Me....the sun lover !!
I was feeling very tired when I came home from Cali...and atributed it to the passing of Nana and all...but I guess it was the lack of D.....I really don`t have any dairy in my diet (can`t )...so I started the suppliment tonight and we...shall...see

TP2- I hear ya about the DS.....it used to be that I couldn`t wait to go and see what was new ...and I was excited and wanted everything that I saw.....these days...if not for me shopping for the Princess ....I just look around and see.......nothing that moves me
I don`t know if your having the same weather as we are in New Jersey...but Im getting alittle disgusted of seeing CLOUDS ...and ....rain....and wanna rain everyday .....ICK !

It has been raining lots here as well.

The pressure changes are giving me such headaches. We have nice sun in the morning, rain in the afternoon the it seems to start all over.

Today it has been raining all day.

But the grass is very green and incredibley long all over town due to the strike by city workers....can you imagine striking in today's market!!!!

But the good news is for any nature lovers. Due to the grass (prairie grass lands is what they are around here) going wild, we are having a large influx of song birds that we don't usually get around here very often.

EE22 - you could teach the class a little geography and show them how flat the area around the Great Lakes are. We are actually flatter than the midwest!!!
