June, July, August PLANNING thread

hey guys~ hows it going? i know i havent been around.. i just have been really sad over not going to disney... i really had my heart set on it....

me and the old man are going to Washington DC. in late august/ early september.. it is someplace ive always wanted to go and all the museums and the zoo is free so cant really argue there... but its still no disney..


me and him are doing good, we did have a rough patch for a bit.. but we are good now. i feel much more secure in the relationship. due to past relationship exprience i would freak out alot over losing him and him leaving. but we have talked about it.and i feel better now.. still not fond of him leaving for periods of time longer than a day.. but i can deal. i love him and i dont want to be with anyone else.

Seems that you and DD were all on the same schedule...she returned to the Windy City as well last night!

So glad you had a good time and you have your next trip in the hopper!so exciting.

I really think we are going to head down there next March for the Flower and Garden Show. We will be here alone and I really want to see it. Here I thought I'd get to a Halloween party first, but that's fall of 2013.

Candi, sounds like you are crazy busy.

TP2, Congrat's. You have been working so hard. You DH & girls must be proud and relieved you can see the end in sight.

Tomar, yes. I don't really care about the bed, or room. Would be happy with garbage and towels, being taken care of. I love fresh towels on vacations. [i know not very green of me]
Yes, we did see the "new" fantasyland that is open, Hmmmm barnstormer with new pathway, and sign. 2 dumbo's, with water base, a bathroom and train station. Then it was concrete and walls around everything. Wish it would of really opened.
And yes, I got my cancel call at 5am. 3 patients.

EE22, The flower and garden show is nice. But, we are not big into that. Seems the displays are just moved around each year just a bit and set up a little different. Doubt we will see it again. Or march for that matter. Spring break is just nuts. Definately it is worth seeing, but it was our 4th time. Well you in the home stretch now. School is almost over again. Kids will be home and you will be off.

JMouse, Sorry you've been down. Hope things are evening out.

MKY - Great to read about your trip - even with the "non-Disney" folk I'm sure you guys made wonderful memories

We have finally booked our trip for my DS's graduation - only 1 term to go - this year we are the Beach Club with our 1st stay club level Nice combination of AP rate and pin code made it reasonable or at least reasonable enough if you do Disney math

Looks like I'll be back in ORL this month for work so I'm going to try to put the AP to use and check out the F&G show

Wanted to check in with everyone, cause after tommorrow's megamillions lottery, I will be in florida, planning my "golden oaks" new florida compound. So might not have a lot of time, to visit. I will first jet off to a spa somewhere, for fitness and diet, then a wirl wind tour of plastic surgeons, and recovery time. By then > my new golden oaks estates should be about ready. You can visit, by I will forward you my new assumed name. Remember you can contact me through my lawyers if needed.

So you think I am drinking some crazy koolaid? You never know. After all I did invest $20.00

MKY: So funny cause I said the first thing I would do too is order me one of those Golden Oak Mansions!!! Dh said he will never go to Disney again because he will be too busy touring the real world instead of Epcot. But that is okay. I would buy one of those 8 bedroom mansions and share it with all my friends...

Honestly I would be so happy with just 5 million.

Oh to dream.

Hope all is well. 3 more weeks of school for me!!! Then to try to find a job.

Did some actual planning for august. Air and car are secured. Now, bug just needs to get the time off......

OMG OMG OMG OMG!! I love my hunnie soo much. we arent going to Washington DC this year like was planned after canceling disney.. but i am Disney-type excited about this new trip.

we are gonna go to see Wrestlemania 29 in New Jersey!! Ive only dreamed of going to see wrestlemania, its like the superbowl for wrestling. I never thought i would actually ever be able to go.. we are gonna go like a week or so early and visit NYC too. Ive never been to NYC, but always wanted to see all the sites, and of course since it happened, wanted to see the 9/11 memorials there and visit ground zero and all that. might get to see a cousin of mine too. so i am just soo super excited for it. and i already have the $1,500 saved that was for disney still, so that can go towards it..
Love my baby sooo much dont know what i would do without him.. i will be with him the rest of my life..​
